Professional Background

Monica entered the mortgage industry in 2006, navigating through the challenges of the housing crisis before stepping away to earn her degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Sacramento State. After working in the design field, she returned to real estate in 2021, bringing a strong visual eye and design sensibility to help clients see potential in every property.

David, licensed in 2022, spent many years as an executive chef, where he mastered attention to detail, presentation, and high-level service. His hospitality background naturally transitioned into real estate, where those same skills enhance the client experience.
